What to know before getting started.
Which accounts can I connect?
Your email address (Gmail or another provider), Facebook and Instagram through your Page or business account, and WhatsApp Business. You can start with just one and add the others later.
How does the agent know my business and my prices?
You describe your business, then add your documents (PDF or text, 10 MB maximum) or short instructions, typed or dictated. The suggested replies are based on them.
Does every email get a suggested reply?
Sales enquiries and help requests get a suggested reply. Personal mail that is neither only gets one if you turn it on in My account.
How is my plan usage counted?
The AI measures its work in units: each message handled and each text prepared uses some of them. A monthly allowance is included in the plan, and you follow your usage in My account.
What is the difference between Pro and Business?
The price and the usage allowance, not the features: both plans give access to the same things.
Can I also prepare quotes?
Yes: describe the job and the quote is generated from your prices and instructions, with a PDF. No price is ever invented: anything unknown is left for you to fill in.
Can I disconnect an account or have my data deleted?
You disconnect each account from your space. You have the right to access, correct and delete your data by writing to us through the Contact page.
